4. Taxes

5. Outsider Use


If the Permitted Applications consolidate giving a Service to End Users, Customer agrees to definitively require all End Users to consent to an agreement with significantly equivalent to terms to this Agreement. Client warrants that in no event could End Users' utilization of the data be limitless or develop past the Permitted Applications of this Agreement. This Section isn't proposed to give the Service to End Users except obliged in the Permitted Applications. Client should be at risk for any breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement for the benefit of the End Users.



6. Goal & Objectives

7. Limitations


In no action shall FCM Services be obligated for any damages (counting, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or business interruption,) emerging out of the utilization or inability to use the materials on FCM’s Internet webpage, until a FCM authorized representative will not notify orally or in writing about the possibility of such damage.



8. Client's Indemnification

9. Cancellation of Agreement

Dropping of this agreement shall not state the client’s obligation to remunerate FCM for services delivered up to the date of cancellation and the client shall settle payments and all fees due. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.



10. Execution Guarantee

11. Billing for Network Resources


The client is solely responsible for paying for any network resources used to interface their server to the Internet. The customer might demand to disable its server for the Internet, but the customer will still be liable to pay for any network resources used up to the point of suspension.



12. Customer Privacy


FCM Services is concerned with the web protection of on-line communications and websites. The Internet is neither more nor less secure than other means of communication. As a matter of privacy and security, FCM Services urges its customers to ensure that all of their on-line data fields are secure. FCM cannot take any responsibility for the security of information mistakenly transmitted through our services.



13. Charges


As agreed upon the charges after all negotiations, if any, in writing or by email, we will charge you for all work produced at our ongoing standard charge out rates (if there are any revisions to such rates you will be notified by emailed, writing, or telephone).
